Of Hackett’s two Revisited albums, this one is by far the best. He’s done a great job of interpreting the old songs and updating them without losing thing things that made them so great to begin with.

I particularly enjoyed "The Chamber of 32 Doors" with Nad Sylvan's vocals—he sounds enough like Peter Gabriel that it works beautifully, but injects something that was missing from the original.

I really didn't like "Ripples" though. With the original, Collins' vocals worked perfectly, but Amanda Lehmann's vocals just didn't work for me. It turned what I always thought was a beautiful track into something tacky and a little insipid.

"Ripples" was really the exception though as almost all the other tracks hit just the right spot, and it's great to hear "Supper's Ready" brought up to date!
